Overview
PwC UK hosted an Alliance Summit, highlighting their strategy for navigating today's complex business landscape, with a focus on collaboration with Alliance partners to deliver personalised client experiences. The IDC Market Note underscores PwC’s evolution in meeting customer needs through partnerships.
The Alliances Summit took place in the PwC Embankment Place Frontier space, two weeks after the AI for Government Hackathon event, which also used the same venue. Collaborating with a team member, I saw this as an opportunity to assist a colleague facing challenges with the brief and apply feedback from the Hackathon event.

Design Challenge
Under very tight deadlines, I successfully delivered a significant number of complex print and digital design assets, often requiring me to work beyond office hours to meet final deadlines. This dedication was highly appreciated by my managers and stakeholders.
The team heavily relied on my knowledge and expertise, particularly drawing from what I learned during the Hackathon event. I take pride in meeting these expectations. Beyond showcasing my design skills, I believe my communication skills were paramount. I consistently provided well-reasoned and confident responses, even when faced with challenges. I adeptly managed diverse viewpoints to foster consensus and achieve positive outcomes.
Results
Spotlighted PwC UK's strategy for navigating the complex business landscape, emphasizing collaboration with alliance partners. Effectively utilized the PwC Embankment Place Frontier space for the summit, following the successful AI for Government Hackathon event. Over 100 attendees and more than 10 speakers participated. The event was an incredible success for PwC UK and its alliance partners.
Campaign branding
Alliances Summit 2023 is underpinned by the same structure as PwC’s brand level campaign (The New Equation), using a strict grid and the use of squares (pixels). The creative utilises the pixel placement to frame, support or highlight, while PwC’s recognisable colours enhance the imagery.

Belonging to the overarching "The New Equation" brand family, the Alliances Summit utilized an accompanying image from this brand. It was crucial that the photography depicted the diverse community effectively tackling challenges, embodying the essence of PwC—authentic, innovative, and human. The photography served as a key asset in bringing our technological stance to vivid reality.
Post-event
Our post-event social media strategy used short videos and photos to efficiently convey key highlights and insights from the event. The event generated content was strategically shared across platforms to sustain engagement, extend the event's reach, and communicate the groundbreaking discussions and innovations that occurred.
Pre-event
Our pre-event social media strategy aimed to generate hype and awareness by featuring regular engaging content from PwC partners, as well as partners and directors from our alliances partners. This approach established thought leadership, creating excitement among our target audience.
